آکادمی ستون، یه مدرسه پر از حیواناته که، به لطف کاهش جمعیت،در آن انسان‌ کمتر از سایر موجودات وجود داره. مازاما جین، تنها انسان مذکر در کلاسش که به شدت از حیوانات متنفره، درست لحظه‌ای که چشمش به هینو هیتومی، تنها انسان مونث، میوفته عاشقش میشه.
هر چند به زودی خودش رو درگیر موجودات دیگه میبینه اونم درست بعد از اینکه با اکراه به گله گرگ های سری‌لانکا که اون دختر هم جزوی از اونه ملحق میشه.
