در انگلستان امروز، خون‌‌خوارها و غول‌ها فقط در افسانه‌ها نیستند. اگرچه از چشم مردم عادی مخفی شدند ولی هنوز هم دست به جنایت و خون‌خواری می‌زنند. هلسینگ یکی از کمپانی‌هایی است که هدفش مبارزه و جلوگیری از این جنایت هاست. اینتگرا رهبری این سازمان را بر عهده دارد و آلوکارد نیز خون آشام مرموزی هست که برای اینتگرا کار می‌کند. در یکی از ماموریت‌ها، آلوکارد تصمیم می‌گیرد که تنها باقیمانده‌ی گروه قبلی را نجات دهد و نتیجه‌ی این تصمیم تبدیل سراس به یک خون آشام است.
