داستان کلاسیک «جیجیجی» دوباره گفته میشه. داستان همان داستان همیشگی در سری « Gegege no Kitaro » است. کیتارو پسریه که در جنگل «جیجیجی» به همراه پدر تقریباً مرده خودش، سوناکاکه بابا، نکوموسومه و کوناکی جیجی زندگی میکنه. یک چیز متفاوت که بین این کیتارو و کیتارو های گذشته است، موی قهوه ای اونه که کیتارو های گذشته، موی نقره ای تقریباً خاکستری داشتن.
