Tower of God centers around a boy called Twenty-Fifth Bam, who has spent most of his life trapped beneath a vast and mysterious Tower, with only his close friend, Rachel, to keep him company. داستان درمورد پسری به نام «یُرو» است که اکثر عمرش را در زیر یک برج وسیع و اسرارآمیز گیر افتاده و تنها همدمش دوست صمیمی‌اش «راهل» بوده. وقتی راهل وارد برج می‌شود، یُرو نیز موفق به باز کردن در برج شده و‌ در راه پیدا کردن همدم صمیمی‌اش در هر طبقه از برج با چالش‌هایی روبه‌رو می‌شود.
